ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Copyright ©  Smedico Legal: Safeguarding Medico Legal. All rights reserved.

  • Smedico Legal will produce an "Analysis and Recommendations" document that will help you see the "wood for the trees." However you can be completely assured that we will have looked at every "tree" during the process.
  • Any key concerns, points of further investigation, recommended suggestions for types of expert witnesses and the questions that it may be prudent to ask will all be contained in the "Analysis and Recommendations". The document aims to be self-explanatory but our advice line will be available on (+44) 01625  527223 from Monday to Friday 08.30 - 18.00hrs for all queries.
  • Routinely the "Analysis and Recommendations" will firstly list any missing records. It may have become evident, following cross referencing and further examination, that other hospitals / GP's / Clinic's may have been involved at some time in the past. Understandably this becomes most important when handling fabricated induced illness cases for example. Here, the children can typically be presented at multiple healthcare establishments as part of the pattern of abuse.
  • At Smedico Legal, the "Analysis and Recommendations" document is where we bring our skills and expertise together. Depending on the nature of your chronology your case handler will be guaranteed to be either an adult or paediatric nurse with more than 5 years post qualification experience who has regularly updated Safeguarding training.

"If you would like to see anonymised examples of our work please complete the contact details on the contact page and we will facilitate this."
